 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This will be the second time I have had Akko Heating and Cooling do work for us. I trust them with my a/c and heat because they are professional, courteous, and most importantly do great work.  They replaced our downstairs outside condenser unit a couple years ago and at that time told me our other unit for the upstairs was on its last leg.  Well, they were right.  They just replaced our upstairs a/c, outside condenser unit and evap coil inside the attic. Would I recommend Akko Heating and Cooling to my friends and family?  Absolutely!  If you want it fixed right the first time with quality parts and craftsmanship at a reasonable price, call Akko Heating and Cooling!

Farooq and his son were very punctual and respectful of my time. they were professional and easy to work with. They checked my system and let me know my equipment still had plenty of life left, even though other companies told me it needed to be replaced. Really appreciated their honesty and the great work. Together they are a great small Family run business that cares about the work they do and it shows! They keep their prices fair and won't overcharge you like the big companies with all the overhead, high pressure sales and TV commercials. I highly recommend them.  Verified Victor is reliable,fast, knowledgeable,  reasonable price and Honest. I have positive prior service with our ac unit few years ago.  Verified I contacted Farooq from another site for finding contractors to either clean or replace the 3 indoor units of my mini split heat pump/AC systems in my rental house. He got right back to me and after texting back and forth to agree on scope and price, he made an appointment with my tenant and went over the next day. He got the indoor heat pump units cleaned quickly, was very nice and professional to my tenants, and did a great job. The price he charged was more reasonable than most of the many others I got quotes from. He gave me a 3 year warranty that the units would not need to be cleaned for mold again, which was an unexpected relief. He was professional and provided an invoice online without being asked and accepted Zelle, which made it easier for me. I would definitely use Farooq for anything I need in the future.

 Verified Our AC had gone out and Akko (Farooq) showed up almost instantly after we explained the issue. He replaced a board whose capacitor had gone out and there was some damage due to burning (see picture). He explained what the issue was and with the refrigerant being low he Ali's did a refill. While in the process he also replaced the filter free of charge. Very detail oriented and explained all steps in the troubleshooting. Great experience- I've given his contact info to my sister and neighbor that have also used his services. Overall very satisfied and a repeat customer if any HVAC issues come up.

I must say he was extremely professional and the customer service is superb. From start to finish Frank and his team communicated and did an outstanding job.  Verified Farooq is responsive, professional, affordable, and has great customer service. He installed our AC unit, a Google Nest, and replaced our ducts back in winter of 2020. Come the summer, we noticed the AC unit was not working. As everyone knows, summer is incredibly busy for HVAC professionals, but Farooq was able to squeeze me in that day, determined the issue was a manufacturer error code, and was able to resolve it in a matter of a day at no extra charge! His service is impeccable, his handiwork is efficient, and he was able to get us exactly what we wanted.
